NDIS

WHAT IS THE NDIS?

The NDIS takes a lifetime approach, investing early in people with disability and children with developmental delays to improve their outcomes later in life. The NDIS provides funding to eligible people with disability to gain more time with family and friends, greater independence, access to new skills, jobs, or volunteering in their community, and improved quality of life. The NDIS also connects anyone with a disability to services in their community.

HOW IT WORKS
Eligible people, known as participants, are given a personalized support plan. Your plan is a written agreement worked out with you. We will ask questions about how you are doing in different areas of your life, what goals you would like to pursue, and what kind of help and support you need. Once you have your plan, there are Support providers who will help you start it. You could also change your plan after proper reassessments.
